So how does Innovative Basement Systems measure up in the Star Team categories?
Customer Service: Team Innovative also takes customer service very seriously. It is our goal to “WOW” customers every step of the way, from the initial phone call to the final walkthrough -- and we’ve got an A+ rating with the BBB to prove it.
Product Knowledge: We stay up-to-date on product knowledge, too. Our team attends ongoing product training to stay current on new products and installation methods, so that there’s never a question of whether a job is being done correctly.
Initiative: Innovative Basement Systems has grown tremendously in just the past few years. Not only has our physical office space moved and expanded, but we have also taken on an additional three product lines in just three years. It takes a lot of cooperation and team effort to make sure growth goes smoothly, but our entire team has taken it in stride!
Team Playing: Team Innovative goes out of its way to make every person it encounters feel welcome. Around the office, there are frequent cook-outs and treats, as well as an annual Halloween costume contest and ugly sweater party. We consider anyone who plays a part Innovative’s success a part of the team. To Team Innovative, being inclusive is what team playing is all about!
Community Service: Team Innovative encourages every member of the team to get involved in and give back to the community in any way they can. Innovative Basement Systems sponsors a softball team in the summer and hosts the Pine Pond Hockey Classic in February.
Needless to say, we’re very proud of everyone on our team -- from office staff to installation crews -- for being outstanding team players.
