Awhile back Innovative installed a complete waterproofing system in this homeowners basement. But it was not effective, the specialist and our Fargo branch manger went out to home. We then realized the lake level the house sat on had come up significantly, the basement was below the level of the lake. Innovative then came up with a new solution. We used StableFill to bring the floor of the basement to above the lake level essentially making the basement into a crawl space. Once this was done we used CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawl space. The homeowner was very happy with the end result, as well as our customer service and determiniation to find a solution to his water problems.
