This home once had a dark, dirty and smelly crawlspace. We installed our CleanSpace liner to seal off the dirt floor from the house. Our SmartSump was also installed to take care of any moisture that collects below the liner and will be pumped out of the home. This will be a clean and usable space for the homeowner for years to come.
After the PowerBraces have been installed to cure the bowing wall they can be tightened over time to bring the wall back to the original position.
We used 6 PowerBraces to stabilize from bowing any more. Over time the homeowner will be able to tighten the PowerBrace brackets and bring the wall back to a secure position.

You want a beautiful finished basement but you also want it to last. If you have ever suffered a flood, burst pipe, or even moisture problems in your home you know water collects in the basement. After visiting our booth at the North Dakota State Fair, homeowner from Minot, ND, finally decided to have her crawlspace encapsulated. System design specialist, Jason Kratcha, met with the homeowner and performed an inspection. Jason noted a lot of debris and high humidity levels. After his inspection, Jason made recommendations for encapsulation with CleanSpace drainage matting, CleanSpace moisture barrier, installation of a SmartSump sump pump and placement of a SaniDry dehumidifier.
The homeowner was impressed with the products and warranty. She applied for financing and was approved while Jason was still at her home. The project was completed and she's even called back to schedule her annual service.

After testing above 4.0 picocuries per liter, homeowners from Minot, ND, reached out to Innovative Basement Systems to inquire on radon gas mitigation. Radon comes from the natural (radioactive) breakdown of uranium in soil, rock and water and gets into the air you breathe. Mitigtion systems typically start in the crawl space or basement and force the gas out of the home. Since this particular home had a dirt floor crawlspace - we also encapsulated the crawlspace. System design specialist, Chad Matthews, visited the home and put a plan in place for mitigation. (Innovative Basement Systems is a trusted member of the nationally recognized National Radon Defense network, and they have the training and experience to help lower the radon levels in local homes.)
Chad went over the install process with the homeowners and the job was scheduled and completed without any troubles! Changing lives and making homes healthier - it's what we do here at Innovative everyday!
System design specialist, Casey Bratholt, visited the homeowner and inspected his areas of concern. PolyLevel foam injection along with NexusPro join sealant were Casey's recommendations. He went over the products, lifting process, warranty information as well as costs involved. The homeowner liked what he saw, and even though he was an avid Packer fan, we didn't increase the dollar amount on his estimate!

After seeing us at the KX Sports Show in Minot, ND, and signing up for a free estimate, homeowners from Minot met with system design specialist, Brady Bergquist, about their continually wet basement. Brady walked the basement and inspected their current sump pump. There was actually water on the floor while he was there. They had a nice living area downstairs too - so getting the moisture under control was very important to them.
Brady recommended WaterGuard drainage, which would be installed around the entire perimeter of the basement, paired with a new TripleSafe sump pump. This would allow them to pack away all the fans and hoses they were using in vain effort to keep their basement dry! The homeowners were thrilled and scheduled the job. With the project now complete - they can feel confident that their wet basement is a problem of the past.
